Requesting price and invoice files for AroFlo has never been easier, PLUS you can also connect with our industry leading webstore from within AroFlo using the Ideal Electrical supplier online catalogue.
The benefits to you using the supplier catalogue feature are as follows;
- Easily create your orders in our webstore, then send it through to AroFlo to finish your purchase order
- Get access to all Ideal Electrical products, including images, tech data and product attributes
- Access your account price, quotes, backorders and stock availability from our branch network
The AroFlo Supplier Catalogue feature has been enhanced in 2021 to include a new “Supplier Connect” option. The advantages to you in using this enhancement are as follows;
- Check your price and stock before placing your order
- Orders are processed electronically making them more efficient and reducing errors
- Allows Ideal Electrical to work with your part numbers and UOMs
- A number of ways to populate your AroFlo order reducing double keying and processing time quotes
- You get the benefit of using both the AroFlo software and our webstore
- Confirmation via onscreen messages and an emailed order confirmation once your order has been processed
To demonstrate AroFlo and Ideal Electrical working together to make it easier to deal with us both, we have created this document and video to show you the power of the solution.
If interested in setting up the Supplier Online Catalogue or the Supplier Connect feature, simply contact AroFlo and ask to be connected to Ideal Electrical, it’s that easy! Once you have been notified that the setup has been completed, the final step is to enable the supplier connect feature in AroFlo. To help with this step, we have created this document and video to illustrate how you complete this step.
