Importing supplier price lists into Tradify job management software is easy!
Opt in for monthly price files to ensure you're always using up-to-date pricing.
Receive Price and Invoice Files via Email:
1. If you don’t already have one, register for a webstore account by clicking here.
2. Within your webstore account go to:
- My Account > Document Request > Schedule Request > Invoice / Price file.
- Select the file type (Tradify) and your required frequency, then schedule.
Note: Only the email on your web account can be entered to receive these files. This field will be prefilled.
Import a Supplier Price List into Tradify
Once you have a .CSV price list file from your supplier, you can import it into Tradify by following these instructions.
- Head to the Settings tab in the left-hand navigation bar.
- Select Price List.
- Select the Options drop-down menu.
- Select Import Price List File.
From there you can make changes to the data and follow the on-screen prompts to complete the import.
